The principle of CY14-1B quantitative axial piston pump is relatively simple. The transmission shaft of the pump is connected with the cylinder block by splines to drive the cylinder block to rotate, so that the seven plungers evenly distributed on the cylinder block rotate around the center of the transmission shaft. There is a slipper at the end of each plunger. The centering spring presses the slipper on the swash plate with a certain angle to the axis through the inner steel ball and return plate. When the cylinder block rotates, the plunger moves back and forth at the same time to complete the oil suction and pressure action. The centering spring presses the cylinder block on the oil distribution plate through the outer sleeve to play an initial sealing role. The slipper and oil distribution plate adopt the static balance of oil pressure, which not only reduces the wear of the pump, but also makes the pump have very high volume efficiency and mechanical efficiency.
